In this private Company that was active in the fields of land development tourism investment and civil aviation participated in the team for site selection project concept functional distribution systems applications and identification of target groups. I was a project manager of two main projects of the Company that are Kumkoy Residence and Gocek Marina Resort .

Kumkoy Residence would take place on almost 450.000 m2 of land located on Istanbul s Black Sea coast and consisted of 147 town homes in different sizes. Gocek Marina Resort is situated on Turkey s Southern Aegean coast. The project site was a total of 220 acres of wooded coastline and includes a marina with mooring facilities for 400 yachts a 5 star holiday village with 500 beds a 4 star boutique hotel with 120 beds and 116 apart-villas an entertainment center a health center and congress and conference facilities. I also worked in the team to design Koroglu Mountain Resort that would mainly serve for people seeking winter sports that are up to international standards and Four Seasons Hotel Istanbul that is right in the center of an area known as the Golden Triangle that is bounded by Hagia Sophia Topkapi Palace and Sultanahmet Mosque. The building was originally constructed in 1910s in neo-classical style as a prison and renovated by preserving the original façade and designing new interior.

At Enternasyonal Tourism Investment Inc I was mainly responsible for:

o Analyzing local zoning ordinances and interfacing with city/county planners toward making zoning/design recommendations on the project

o Getting permits from Governmental Organizations

o Collaborating large and small scale design projects including programming conceptual and schematic design and design development

o Coordinating work and mentor team members

o Preparing modifying and reviewing urban design architectural drawings and planning documents

o Presenting the design project to the Company Board Zoning Boards and Planning Commissions

Urban Planner Sep 1995 - Sep 1997

In the Governmental Institute that was established to protect government-owned lands participated in the team for:

o Analyzing government owned parcels in detail to determine the best use for them. Such as land use transportation walkability green areas flood zone earthquake risks etc.

o Analyzing local zoning ordinances and interface with related experts toward making zoning/design recommendations on individual parcel.

o Developing and proposing solutions for them preparing industrial and residential development plans site plans and master plans for them

o Presenting design decisions and plans to the Land Office Board
