Architectural Assistant
Using Softplan, a software similar to CAD, I took base house plans and changed them according to the specs of the lot and subdivision. I was also in charge of putting together the builder's packages and dispersing them accordingly. I also assisted with the development of new designs and revisions on existing plans.
Freelance Design – I have worked with two other developers in revisions on existing plans, additions to existing structures, and deck designs.

When I was first brought on, I created and developed the entire hail division for the company. Using Excel, I designed the takeoff, estimate, and proposal templates which are currently utilized throughout the company. I am in charge of all estimates, proposals, purchase orders, and any technical roofing questions that a client might have. I also speak with insurance adjusters on issues regarding supplemental payments for items left off the initial claim.
SOFTWARE:
Exceptional skills in AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup, Form-Z, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere. Some experience with Revit, Grasshopper parametric modeling, 3DS Max, Maxwell Rendering, and Artlantis Studio. Very efficient in all Microsoft Office programs.
