spanning across 14 countries in Europe with automated processing of the

Insurance Business. The process involves 4 main stages viz, Creation of

Case File, Routing & Rating, Generation of Quote, Documents & Binding and

Booking. Interacting with various external systems viz., DocuCorp, eStart,

BIS, GOALD(Sybase DB) and Oracle Database, the application provides a

robust service in Insurance for both New Business and Renewals as well for

various lines of business including Financial Lines, Casualty & A&H.

This application is currently used by the Operations (CSG) team and

Underwriters team for processing and underwriting New Business to

CHARTIS customers across 14 European countries

policy. Currently, MTAs are handled using the country specific ALPS system.

Reinstate Certificate MTA, Mid Term Policy Cancellation and Mid Term Policy

Period Extension etc...

The objective is to provide a new module in AIGeXtra to let users perform

MTAs. All the ALPS key features will be reorganized in a new workflow while

> Generating the invitation/proposal, attaching the PDF to the work

object and sending out the email should be done in one action

> Batch processing should include indicating that the
