2006 – Pres Valley Automotive

Engineering Manager

Towing accessories manufacturer with facilities in Rochester Hills, MI, and Lodi, CA. Products manufactured for both OEM and aftermarket customers. Responsible for coordination of full department workload including program engineering, quotations, VA/VE initiatives, customer service, prototype development and testing, design, the application of GD&T and weld specifications. Development of DVP&R, DFMEA, PFMEA, test reports, & APQP documentation. Champion and participate in PPAP/ISIR. Work closely with manufacturing on product launches, resolving production issues, approving packaging and supporting quality. Work closely with purchasing in the sourcing of steel, gages, dies, fasteners and other purchased goods. Collaborate with sales and marketing to improve product pipeline while staying abreast of competition. Act as Project Manager for various OEM programs.

2004 - 2006 Porsche Engineering Services

Sale of Body Engineering projects on behalf of major Asian OEM's, Tier 1's and smaller automotive product firms.
