Providing logistics support for event registration and hotel block management, Ambassadors has a suite of applications that were used in-house as well as licensed to other companies.

Core of that suite were GEM – Global Events Management an event management tool that provided customized workflows for budget tracking, event registration, communication, venue scheduling. This application was developed in Java – J2EE, with hibernate and struts framework and using Oracle as the backend

Another important part of that suite was a hotel room block management application and a client facing customized web application where attendees can pick can book their hotel rooms. This application was developed using SQL Server, ASP .NET and Cold Fusion
