Till date, the total details of delinquent accounts is handled by an Front-End application called Norad and assignment of delinquent accounts used to be manual. GE has decided to integrate Siebel with Norad since their Siebel application contains all the data of account schedules and assignments can be automized. That means Siebel will act as Backend for Norad.

GE uses the services of third party Asset evaluation called EVal for assessing the assets of their clients. As the Eval team needs the total details of a proposal and wants to store the Eval reports/comments, GE has decided to integrate Siebel with Eval since their Siebel application contains all the data.
There are two scenarios in this integration.
