Managed and directed the conduct and work product of four office managers and their staffs, as well as, Autoplex HR and payroll administrators. Took a failing Mercedes Benz dealership and grew it to be the 7th grossing Mercedes Benz franchise in the United States, initally reduced corporate payroll monthly expense by 13%. .
