Product Design

Taking the approved electrical design and the customer specifications, develop the transformer mechanical elements ensuring adherence to the relevant Indian Standards, company Design Rules, including:

Frame parts for core coil assembly.

Internal Assembly and Cleat details.

Over all Tank Design and Tank accessories.

Standardise where possible parts and assemblies across the product ranges.

Continually develop and improve on the existing design rules and standard product specifications.

Preparing Complete BOM material lists, Scope list, Check list and Information status list.

Continually develop and improve on the existing design rules and standard product specifications.

Complete manufacturing drawings using AutoCAD and Auto Desk Inventor drawing packages.
