As part of my duties in the following projects I have written and implemented Job Hazard Analysis, Safe Work Plans, to include revisions as the environment changes around the jobsite and carried out and improved on our company Safety plans and procedures. I have employed an honest and fair attitude with regards to our disciplinary systems throughout and have maintained great respect from and towards the workers in my care.

Construction Management Group
I covered theses projects as part of the Chicago Transit Partners (CTP is a managing division of the CTA) in addition to my normal workload during the week.
• Chicago Transit Authority Howard Street Station reconstruction Red Line; served as a Field Engineer (Safety) on the structural steel building and track and platform reconstruction activities. Included were managing the weekend single track and controlling the Power Down and Power Up Procedures every weekend.
• Chicago Transit Authority Blue Line O’Hare tie replacement; weekends oversee the safe operation of power down, power up, work procedures, traffic and train control, and report on time status to the CTA
