For low-rise wood frame, masonry, steel and concrete buildings I establish gravity and lateral load criteria. I evaluate applicable frames, diaphragms, braces and shear walls. I perform gravity analysis by hand and or with computer programs and run applicable two-dimensional frame analysis in both directions. I size all framing members and foundations. I produce structural details and mark up progress prints prepared by CAD technicians. I prepare typed structural specifications. I use RAM Advanse general finite element analysis program. I use Cold-Formed Steel Design Software by RSG Software. I use Digital Canal Structural Expert Series programs. I am proficient with AutoCAD 2010.
