www.zestra.com is managed and maintained internally. Primary

. Migrated technology architecture of Zestra.com to a WordPress

Shionogi acquired Sciele Pharmaceuticals. As a result, I was hired to
transition the IT organization and supporting functions from Atlanta
GA to their corporate headquarters in Florham Park NJ. As a result my
responsibilities encompassed;
. Prepared and executed an IT strategy and transition plan to move
all data center and infrastructure services (including Disaster
Recovery), helpdesk activities, and application development and
support activities to a new office complex in Florham Park NJ.
. Establishing a core team of IT application systems professionals
supporting JD Edwards, CRM, EDI, and ModelN (revenue management
system).
. Responsibilities were expanded to provide senior level project
management oversight to transform business processes and new
application systems and architectures in the following areas;

Novartis Pharmaceuticals - Senior Project Manager (Consultant)
Novartis was undertaking a global initiative to outsource all data
center operations to IBM and establishing an internal global
infrastructure team to serve as the liaison organization between
Novartis application teams and business units and IBM. The Global
Pharma Development IT organization gave me the responsibilities to
plan and implement Disaster Recovery solutions for Clinical & Safety,
Drug Regulatory Affairs, and Technical Research & Development business
units. In addition, I successfully turned around two critical
projects implementing one within 3 months. Primary responsibilities
included project management and scheduling, issue tracking and
remediation, project cost management, vendor and personnel management,
planning, testing, and implementing DR solutions.

Significant transformation of our technology platforms, business processes
and procedures throughout the sales organization, warehouse operations and
distribution center, client services, and account management services. The
successful completion of each objective below led to either higher profit
margins, new client revenue streams, or expanding services to existing our
clients.
. Led and managed the transformation of technology platforms and
architecture to include the following;
o Deployed Target BackOffice as our CRM/SFA platform. Today it's
known as Cegedim's SFA platform. Greatly improved our client
services for sample management and fulfillment, sample
accountability and reconciliation, practitioner license
verification, and online viewing of sampling activities and
reporting.
o Deployed SAP R3v4.6c migrating & automating ERP functions. Annual
savings approximately $300K.
o Automating warehouse fulfillment functions deploying an automated
conveyer assembly platform with 7 robotic workstations that
fulfilled sample product orders on behalf of our Pharmaceutical
clients.
o Deployed Captiva scanning, bar-code, and imaging software with
Fujitsu scanners to fully automate our data entry functions saving
$250K annually and improving forms processing throughput by 400%.
. Led and managed the successful creation of two new pharmaceutical
product/service offerings generating $3.5 million in revenue during the
first year of operation (includes stored-value card / loyalty card
program).
. Successfully led the organization in developing an eMarketing platform
using .Net and web application services expanding our services and
revenue opportunities with pharmaceutical sales and marketing
organizations. These services included online sampling activities,
online client reporting and data analysis activities, practitioner
license verification services, and online viewing of Sample BRC document
images and Sample Disbursement images.
