PERSONAL INFORMATION
My most recent accomplishments have been the construction of a restaurant called Brick House in four cities. It was an honor to be involved with the design and to build the first of a new major chain. At the same time, I had the privilege of overseeing the reconstruction of the Redstone American Grill while keeping them operational. Some of my proudest projects have been the construction of The Cheesecake Factory restaurants. These are very intricate, high level of quality, fast paced creations. On an average I built these $11 million, 10,000 square foot restaurants in sixteen weeks from ground up. With a commitment to excellence and client satisfaction, all of these projects were turned over smoothly. I take great pride in each of these restaurants and have been told by numerous construction professionals that if you can build The Cheesecake Factory than you can build any restaurant.
Another accomplishment of mine is the reconstruction project of the Tropicana Casino parking garage in Atlantic City that collapsed. My company, at the time, was called in after the collapse to design and engineer a solution to rectify the situation. This project was very personal to many people in the community and was a challenge emotionally and professionally.
