* Led an on-site evaluation and directed feasibility planning for a $60 million USAID project in India to convert an existing MDF plant from wood chips to agricultural residuals and to double electrical cogeneration capacity firing waste biomass.
* Demonstrated viability of palm fiber biomass for MDF manufacture sponsored by the Abu Dhabi government by designing and executing pilot-scale tests in Wales, Sweden and Malaysia, witnessed by three key UAE government stakeholders.
* Performed due diligence for an "urban wood" MDF plant to be located on a decommissioned US Army Base.
* Performed recovery boiler rebuild check-out, purging and commissioning of new piping and in-service natural gas system for a recovery boiler rebuild, meeting the 39-day shutdown schedule constraint.
