Designed and developed software, Incident Escalation and Tracking System (IETS), for providing a reliable and secure service to NOC by automating the functionality of NOC Operator.
Assisted in requirement analysis, design of high level and low level specifications, design of database tables and their normalization, developed of Graphical User Interface (GUI), development of interface between GUI and databases, generation of error reports.

• Developed software to book hotel rooms. Interface was designed in Java and backend in Oracle 8i. Software listed all types of rooms available in hotel. Customer could choose any type of room. Based on customer’s choice, software would check for availability of rooms. Upon booking a room, bill would be generated based on the number of days it was to be occupied.
