-Construct SPC charts and process control guides, using the six sigma program Minitab, that are being used in GE Aviation production facility

-Developed expertise in wax assembly and contributed to design modifications of low-pressure turbine blades

-Plan and execute various experiments, record and analyze data to increase process efficiency

-Manage and execute the production of turbine blades by creating ceramic molds, operating autoclave, managing heat treatment of molds, and casting titanium blades; while ensuring safety and compliance throughout the process
