Provided contract construction management for the fire restoration of two apartment buildings in Baltimore County, Md. The 40 year old buildings (30,000sf) burned down 60% of the way and were rebuilt to current IRC codes. The project came in under budget and ahead of schedule.

Managed the production operation for the company. Job responsibilities included managing production personnel, customer warranty personnel, subcontractors and vendors. I managed home starts, monitored home construction, scheduled the customer walks-through and managed the home warranty program. Improved building cycle time, enacted a quality control program and improved customer warranty and survey scores.

Production Manager- Dan Ryan Builders, Frederick, Md. 10/01- 10/06

Managed the production operation for a division of the company. The division sold and delivered over 400 units per year for an average of $ 20 mil net profit. Job responsibilities included production personnel, customer warranty personnel, subcontractors and vendors. I improved customer warranty and survey scores. In addition I was part of a team who developed a superintendent training program and quality control program. I taught the training classes.
