Served as the team leader for three medical groups consisting of thirty-six providers. Served as a key and highly participative member of the organization’s Executive Team. Developed and implemented plan to consolidate two clinics projected to result in savings of seven hundred thousand per annum to the organization. Participated in all community physician recruitment efforts; preparing practice pro formas and prepared all provider contracts. Successfully recruited primary care and sub-specialty providers.
