Project Description

• Request for publishing is received through the GCDSTrack application. Details of the source of the files and the destination path are obtained or clarified with the requestor using this tool. The ticket is opened, processed and closed. On closure of the ticket the requestor is intimated of the task accomplished.

• Epublishers uses all the CDARS, GBIT tools to get the reports published to the central repository (GDMS)

• After processing of the request. QC document is completed and attached to the request. This is also reviewed by the peer reviewer.

• Epublishers have to have knowledge of the GDMS structure in order to get the different type of reports published to the correct location as required by the regulatory group.

• Understanding of the different types of request and processing them correctly.

• Performing Quality checks

• Adhering to the timelines.

• Assisting team members.

• Presenting the team in Ops meeting.
