Have been working on some technical support tickets Reliance Global Services gets from its clients in North America.

REPORTS

• Modified custom developed delivery creation program to avoid deliveries with quantities ‘zero’.

• Modified sales order status report: lists status of sales orders for the given sales office, sales group and creation date.

• Open purchase orders by buyer/vendor: gives a detailed list of all purchase orders that are open including order number, material, quantity etc.

• Developed a program to transfer materials from one storage location to another based on shelf life expire date of the material.

• Added additional fields in the selection screen and output for the custom reports like margin report, Dashboard report.

LSMW

• Developed a conversion program that changes responsible person details on WBS Element.

• Uploaded Customer master data to XD01 transaction using standard program and recording Method.

BAPI / BDC

• Developed a batch-input program for transaction VA02 to remove billing or delivery block at header level on sales orders selected by user. User will select a sales order or range of billing block to be removed. Program will then run a BDC session to select these sales orders and remove their delivery/billing blocks.

• BDC for transferring Bill of material data for the specified and subassemblies in the production work centers.

• Developed a load program to update purchase data in sales order transaction (VA02) & contract header transaction (VA42) for the existing orders and contracts

• Implemented a BAPI for uploading Purchase order data into R/3 system.

FORMS

• Developed Billing Invoice Mass printing PDF forms using SMARTFORMS

• Printing a delivery note from VL02N Transaction for the given shipment number.

• Modified SAP Standard program & Layout for Purchase order & Acknowledgment to include Logo ship-to, Bill-to address, all item details and acknowledgment page.

• Developed Layout & program to print Invoices for Billing Docs form VF03 transaction.

• Developed Layout & program for Goods Receiving Slip from MIGO & MB03.

• To Print Packing List/Certificate of Origin from VT03N for the given shipment number.

BADI

• Implemented BADI to add a new tab on the VL02N transaction to display

dangerous goods data
