Mobility and Service Specialist
• Daily delivery and service of all The Scooter Store (TSS) products to customer’s within the coverage area of the Distribution Center.
• Perform all adjustments to the products that meet customer’s needs; identify issues, troubleshoot, repair and perform preventative maintenance.
• On every call, perform a needs assessment of the home environment, customer’s physical capabilities and vehicle to recommend products and accessories and initiate sales transactions when needed.
