WORK EXPERIENCE: (Total Experience in Piping: 3+ yrs)

1) Currently working with QA/QC Engineer 5x800 MW ULTRA MEGA POWER LTD CGPL at MUNDRA Department on contract basis (Avon Engineering), from June 2011 till date.

Job Responsibilities:

• To ensure that all site activities are performed in environmentally safe and responsible manner

• Quality controlling of piping & Pressure vessel works to be performed by construction contractor and insure the compliance with established construction schedule and project requirements

• Coordinate among various construction contractor and discipline supervisor executing piping work

• Verify the availability and adequacy of the material and drawing

• Coordinate the construction contractor ensuring the compliance with the applicable specification and standard

• Ensure the quantity of the work executed by the construction contractor and monitor the compliance with established schedule

• Evaluate the construction contractor work capability according to the programs to be implemented and promote corrective action where necessary

• Ensure the proper execution of inspection and test in accordance with the field quality control plan and monitor the adequacy result

• Solve the cases of no-conformity with the support of piping superintendent where necessary

• Point out to the piping superintendent any problem or deviation which cannot be solve by him and proposing possible solution

• Give assistance to piping superintendent in the discussion with the proponent representative and construction contractor where necessary

2) Worked with L&T HAZIRA SITE Surat Gujarat, Department on contract basis (Caanan Eng PVT LTD), as a QC/QA Engineer, from March 2009 to May 2011.

Job Responsibilities:

• Overall Exicutuin, Quality controlling & Inspection of the Fabrication of pressure vessels & piping

• Supervision of NDT Contractors

Job Responsibilities:

• Having the responsibility for verify to inspect the piping & Pressure vessel work to the extent necessary to be satisfied & till the conformation of the job to requirement of the code & engineering design

• Material & Components should be inspected for any damage during handiling & their certificate should be checked for conformation

• Execution & Inspection of hydro test and pneumatic test of process piping & pressure vessel, visual inspection of all type of welding joints
