- Performed in a Deputy Project Manager role, responsible for monitoring, collecting, and packaging data for people, timesheets, man-hours, parts, aircraft, and work orders for an aviation Contract Field Team site that averaged 50 personnel supporting three Army Aviation units. Payroll administrator using the computer web based Deltek / Cognos / Costpoint system and reported to the project manager and also the program manager, contracting officer, and quality assurance representative. Labor cost averaged $3 million a year, with material cost averaging $100k a year. Responsible for cost management, customer relations, employee administration and meeting staffing requirements, support of operations, and providing instructions and guidance to subordinates. This was a time and materials and cost plus ID/IQ contract till 2009 then it switched to a fixed firm price contract.

- Manager, of the UH-60 Blackhawk A model, OH-58 Kiowa C model and UH-1 Huey H model maintenance crews that ranged from 8 to 20 people. Prioritized and assigned job tasks to meet completion dates, milestones and mission requirements. Monitored all people and job task to minimize waste of money, parts, and man-hours using Microsoft Excel. Crews performed unit level overflow scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and all intermediate level and AMCOM authorized depot level repairs on all aircraft and including Lycoming/Honeywell T53 and Allison/Rolls-Royce T63 and General Electric T700 and Hamilton Sunstrand and Garrett T62 engines. Maintained constant communication with project manager and Army personnel to ensure flow of information between customer and contractor by participating in daily and monthly meetings. Developed, trained and documented a hazardous communications program for safe use of chemicals, ladders, work platforms, personal protective equipment, and power tools.

- Inspector, on the UH-60 Blackhawk A model, OH-58 Kiowa C model and UH-1 Huey H model aircraft. Performing quality control inspections after work performed on helicopters and T700, T62, T63, and T53 engines. Researched, photographed and diagramed and made Adobe Acrobat files outlining deficiencies in aircraft and engines requiring AMCOM engineering assistance in authorizing depot level repairs. Functioned as point of contact/liaison in relaying information to engineering support using manufacturer’s blueprints and/or Aviation Engineering Directorate depot level repair diagrams to support recommendation for most efficient repairs conducted on site. Superior communication skills in dealing with engineers. Performed all quality control contract audits. Ensured site conformed to CFT contract and local statement of work requirements using DCMA, DCAA, FARs, DFARs, OSHA, Cal-Osha and contractor guidance under the ISO/AS standards. In charge of all field recoveries of damaged aircraft.
