KEY ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Developed project estimating program. Projects were estimated manually. Designed, implemented and managed software solution that enabled widely disbursed superintendents to capture 100% accurate project estimates. Reduced costs. Managers were 60% more efficient. New tool became corporate standard.

Centralized accounting function. Accounting was performed at a corporate with no field interfaces. Selected to develop and implement new accounting system. Designed new schedule and action plan. Researched work flow and built new account receivable process. Eliminated inefficiencies, improved cash-flow and set system tracking.

Created project work management system. Project work performance was slipping. Inexperienced teams needed to be redirected to eliminate inefficiencies. Set project priority system, labor allocation and material control processes. Established high profit project focus that overcame market volatility.

Refocused project scope and work to overcome material cost increase. Project was bid and customer waited to last moment to sign. Steel prices rose adding $60K to material costs. Secured different material supplier. Managed all parts of project to be under estimates. Delivered project with 5% increase over original profit target.
