o Served as Deputy Chief, Logistics Directorate, Special Operations Joint Task Force II Led Joint Army/Air Force staff helming air and ground transportation functions, logistics plans, supply chain operations, contracting, and munitions management. Result: Planned and executed 140 airlift missions, deployed 2,800 passengers and 3,000 short tons of cargo within a 120-day.

o Oversaw Task Force Fleet of 147 military and commercial general and special purpose vehicles. Developed comprehensive vehicle justification/utilization document. Expertly staged 5,000 troops and equipment deploying to in support of Dayton Peace Accords.

• Deputy Chief of Installation Plans Division (Travis Air Force Base, California), integrated KC-10 Air Refueling Squadrons and Air Mobility Operations Group into the deployment process, one of largest force expansions in Air Force. Results: Developed training program; selected by Command Inspector General as standard for the Air Mobility Command.

o Chief of War and Mobility Branch, established deployment programs at four newly-activated rescue squadrons over three years. Results: Enabled units to become fully combat capable ahead of milestone dates. Planned scenarios and conducted unit deployment training exercises, resulting in flawless and first-time deployment of two newly-activated Rescue Squadrons into US Central Command.

• Deputy Chief, Installation Plans and Programs Division, Ramstein Air Base, Germany, efforts resulted in major contributions to installation and European command level programs.

o Led command’s Plans and Programs Office, incorporated improvements all functional areas - staff assistance visit program, installation reception processes, and revamped deployment systems training. Result: Benchmarked as command standard

o Developed process improvement concepts for complex Inter-service Support Agreements Management Program. Result: Defined targeted, tangible milestones resulting in a 75% completion rate increase in formally signed agreements.

o Established Installation Commander’s Executive Staff Information System Working Group. Result: Solved major training problem locally and received Air Force-wide recognition.

• Directed European Command’s Logistic Plans and Programs as Regional Functional Manager. Managed all human resources, professional education and training programs, promotions, retention, and career progression actions for 82 officer and enlisted personnel.

o Served Command’s regional spokesperson for Air Staff initiative to consolidate and automate an installation survey. Successfully tested in a combat environment.

o Demonstrated unparalleled leadership skills during Operation Allied Force Reception Team Chief at Souda Bay, Crete. Deployed KC-135 Task Force comprised of 13 aircraft and 450 personnel into combat zone. Result: Flawless planned and executed Task Force Mission - Ready within 24 hours after arrival.
