4-experience:

I have been deployed along with coalition forces in Iraq since 2007 in support of the operation Iraqi freedom, and Operation New Dawn as a linguist and culture adviser. I worked in different command levels from a Battalion to a Division and ended my tour with the (AOC), Anbar Operations Command in Ramadi, Iraq. The AOC is the senior Iraqi security Force headquarters in the province, led by an Iraqi Army Lieutenant General supported by a staff of senior Iraqi officers. The AOC is responsible for planning, coordinating, conducting and tracking all Iraqi army, Police and Border Security Operations in Anbar. The Coalition forces team is also responsible for coordinating U.S operations with the AOC. I also assisted Coalitions, and Iraqi Combined forces in many combat operations throughout Iraq fighting insurgency. I have an experience in both, the battle space, and in day-to-day headquarters activities, such as translating daily briefs, weekly security meetings, and written documents. I was always assigned to be the team commander’s personal interpreter.

5-Duties:

-Translating, transcribing of foreign language transmission in English/Arabic

-Scanning written foreign language material

-Translating written and spoken foreign language to and from English

-Intercepting and identifying designated foreign voice transmissions

-Assisting in detainees interrogations process

-Intelligence analysis support

-Translating daily brief at the Anbar operations Command

-Translating Intelligence fusion cell weekly meetings

-Translating Intelligence sharing weekly meetings

-Providing interpretation during trainings and lectures

-Providing cultural advice to our U.S senior commander

I do have in my possession many certificates of appreciation and letters of recommendations presented by high rank senior American officers from the United States Marines Corps and the United States Army.

Throughout this period, I distinguished myself through my work ethic, dedication to the mission, thoroughness, and maintaining an enthusiastic demeanor during very stressful circumstances. I am totally committed to supporting the mission in a demanding combat environment.
