• Conducted the Behavioral bioassays of Predatory mites (Phytoseulus persimillis) choice test for the spider mites infested on the Bt and NBt Corn using the Noldus Etho-vision XT Software.
• Conducted the Behavioural bioassays of Trips on the chemical extracted from the web formed by the spidermites on the corn leaf using the Noldus Etho-vision XT Software. -
• Determined the chlorophyll content in the corn leaves using the standard traditional method using the spectrophotometer at two different wave lengths. -
• Successfull in rearing the Predatory mites and Trips in incubators and on the Bean plants grown in the cages at specific temperature and humidity conditions.
