Contract consists of 60 condos in 15 buildings as well as a 7,212 square-foot Lifestyle Center with a pool and spa at a luxury golf course community. $16 - million.

• Artisan Park Club, Multi building luxury apartment complex. Celebration, FL.

$50 million in project dollars.

Assisted Project Management field staff ensuring Quality Control and Safety.

• 429 Broadway, Retail & Luxury Condominium Project- Saratoga, NY.

Historical Renovation of a multi level commercial building. Project required intensive historical review meetings with multiple local committees as to the design build project. Also worked intensively with architect and engineering with onsite problem solving of existing conditions. $4 million in project dollars.

• Good Samaritan Health Care Facility - Kissimmee, FL.

Renovation of 3 nurse stations added a new kitchen and installed new sanitary lines and new electrical wiring through out the building without interrupting routine care of residents.

• Coldwell Bank Building - A multi level commercial building cast in place project Fort Myers, FL

• Genesis Assisted Living Healthcare Facility - Lakeland, FL.

• Renovation of (2) schools in Mahomet, IL. Totaling $11 million in project dollars

• Government Projects (2) New US Post Offices - Mahomet, IL. & Savoy, IL.
