Extrapolated complex data sets from multiple tables within Microsoft SQL 2008 databases and filtered and analyzed using Visual FoxPro and Microsoft Office Suite. Created standard and ad hoc reports in Excel to analyze data usability and efficacy for internal and external clients. Conferred with company management team and external clients to determine project needs for IT Department and coordinated tasks to assure accurate on-time completion. Analyzed data performance and recommended and implemented modifications to procedures and data selections to enhance effectiveness. Programmed telemarketing scripts . Managed dialer settings for optimal performance. Trained and supervised 4 entry level and junior programmers. 13 years in these functions.

Managed database of publications circulation lists for direct marketing. Designed and developed promotional materials to develop and maintain mailing list customer base. Processed list rental orders and recommended products and data selections. 4 years in these functions.

Company was sold in 1997. The two departments I managed were moved out of state to consolidate with corporate functions in 1999.
