• Opened new outpatient facility in an area where company had zero penetration, and had it profitable in one year’s time.

• Turned department from a net loss of 100K per month to 250k positive in a years’ time.

• Recruited 10+ therapy professionals to full-time staff despite strict limitations in salary structure.

• Managed the clinical operations of physical, occupational, and speech therapies for multiple nursing home (32), outpatient (3), and home health contracts in the San Antonio and surrounding areas.

• Managed total of 32 separate nursing homes, up to three out patient facilities, and home health contracts for the San Antonio area and surrounding regions.
