Dear Human Resources,
Ever since I was a child, I enjoyed being around older people. My mother, siblings, and I would volunteer at the local long-term care facilities throughout the year. We would take the residents to the zoo, ball games and the park. We hosted many holiday and fruit bingo parties. I learned early on the value of older people and all life in general.
As an endorsement/reciprocity eligible licensed nursing home administrator, masters level graduate in health services and long-term care management, I can offer my education and training as well as several years of experience in operations administration. I will utilize financial statements to highlight profitability ratios and establish benchmarks. Furthermore, I will utilize my creativity in maximizing census levels through a solid business plan and positive community relations.
Finally, I am committed to helping the residents live a more enriching life, whether it be mentally, physically, socially or spiritually. I will treat each resident with dignity while enhancing the image of facility. Please contact me at 605-***-**** or by email. I look forward to the opportunity.
Sincerely,
Patricia Raasch
