Roles and Responsibilities:

1) Development:

• Mapping of alarm attributes to Netcool standard format across various Alarm interfaces (SNMP, CORBA, etc)

• Development of SNMP (Mttrapd & Mttrapd_EMS) and Non-SNMP Rules (Corba).

• Installation and Configuration of MtTrapd Probe (SNMP), HuaweiT2000 (CORBA) Probe , Ericsson OSSRC (CORBA) Probe, Syslog Probe,

• Installation and Configuration of Object server and Non Object server Gateways (Oracle gateway)

• Maintaining Gateways – approx 12 gateways exist within enterprise.

• Upgrading Netcool Webtop2.2 to Netcool WebGUI 7.3

• Create context sensitive tools, restriction filters, users, roles and other Netcool/Administration tasks
