classrooms, chemistry labs. All being serviced by (4) Air handlers with chilled and hot water hydronic piping,

VAV system with 100% OSA. With garden roof.

Rancho Santiago CC Humanities Bldg., Santa Ana, ~1.9 Million, Prime contractor, new

construction of a three story, 97,521 sf. LEED silver project. Philosophy, English, Sociology classrooms, 324

seat auditorium serviced by a chiller, boiler and air handlers.

Mt. San Antonio College Design Technology Center, ~ 2.1 Million, Prime contractor, New

construction of a 2 story, 62,837 sf. LEED silver project. 12 laboratory classrooms, 14 computer science

classrooms, 950 ton chiller, Roof top air handlers, (2) boilers with hot water reheat system.

Estimator Quadra Group Development 2011 ~ Present

Prepare custom tailored estimates of Design Build, and Plan & Spec projects using Fast Duct, Fast Pipe, Electric Bid

Manager, and Xactimate software for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and General Contractors nationwide. Each

specialized scope of work may entail estimating sheet metal ductwork, hydronic piping, high and low voltage

electrical, fire lift safety, direct digital control systems, photovoltaic solar systems, above and below ground

commercial plumbing, fire sprinkler systems, underground site utilities. Update bid and proposal with current

story 22,194sf. Administration and 6,296sf. Maintenance building. LEED Platinum project using

photovoltaic solar panels, hot water hydronic piping with VAV system, and energy management system.

Barstow CC Health and Wellness Center, Barstow ~ $780,500. Sub-contractor, new construction of a 2
