Warpage Measurement (Alcoa Inc.): As member of a 6 person team, design a system to measure the warpage with respect to temperature of a non-symmetrical composite laminate plate consisting of layers of aluminum and glass fibers. A system uses Laser and Digital image Correlation method for displacement analysis and produced the displacement plots. Serve as liaison with ALCOA representative to request materials and test samples and udates on project progress, establish schedule and deadlines for project activities, coordinate assignments among peers, tracking and updating all documentation. Negotiate with vendors regarding best price for the purchase of supplies and equipments. (Fall 2010 – Spring 2011)

Aluminum Runner (Alcoa Inc): Replace standard wood runner for carrying Carbon Anode with an aluminum runner prototype. Fabricate, test and evaluate runner as part of a 5 person team. (Fall 2010-Present)

Design Evaluation of Amphibious BAJA vehicle: Member of 3 person team that performed FEM analysis on the single speed gearbox designed by the CCNY SAE Baja team. (Spring 2010)

Robot Programming: Programmed Robot to perform bartending using Mat Lab. (Spring 2008)
