Qualifications

* 20+ years experience in nursing related to medical, surgical, oncology, telemetry, pediatrics and geriatrics.

* Basic computer knowledge including internet, Word, Excel and ability to learn in-house systems quickly.

* Demonstrate excellent communication, documentation and organization skills in a professional manner.

* Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to prioritize.

* Ability to oversee 30+ employees regarding training, scheduling, training, patient care management and job performance.

* Able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment.

* Ability to adapt to changing needs within the job description.

* Maintain and/or achieve continuing education appropriate to the needs of my position.
