JOB PROFILE:-

• Responsible for planning & execution of timely delivery of material at destination. Develop relationship with clients to bring more business & opportunities.

• Responsible for Online B/E filing and complete in EDI system of custom.

• Take care of registration process of various types of License – DEPB/DEEC/EPCG and certificates – Procurement Cert., Central Excise certificate etc and keep record of available balance and quantity for various reporting purpose and speedy clearance.

• Solve queries & issues for speedy clearance of shipment.

• Make continuous follow up at each process so better update to client and timely get better results. Develop better communication and information system with client.

• Coordination with Clients, Shipping Lines, transporter, IGM Dept., B/E Dept. A/C Dept, custom B/E passing dept. & dock/yard clerk person to clear shipment from job beginning to till shipment delivers to client.

• Worked as an implant at Givuadan India Pvt. Ltd.

• Play a role of mediator between CHA & Importer and single window for all import related activities.

• Controlling an import activities like complete documentation process, coordinate with different freight forwarder and CHA for shipment/cargo clearance.

• Responsible for timely arrangements of all original documents from supplier or bank for speedy clearance. And making arrangements for safely & timely delivery of shipments at required unit.

• Creating various MIS reports & supervision of import clearance as per contract.

• Responsible for generate duty payment request and approve from client authorities, for DD collection from bank.

• Worked with ‘Aavi Infrastructure’ as a Sr. Executive in Udaipur - Rajasthan. ( January 2009 to January 2010 )

• Worked with ‘Net Ambit Value First Services Limited’ as a Financial Sales Planner in Gurgaon ( May 2008 to December 2008 )

• Worked with K. K. Auhaja & Co. as a FI Executive for GE Country wide. (6 months)
