Naval Facilities Expeditionary Logistics Center 2010 to Present

Develops Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) plans for the full supportability of new or enhanced major systems.

Defines scope, interface requirements, policy issues and performance criteria. Develops milestones. Obtains and compiles information, defines problems, and develops recommendations for issues to be addressed in ILS plans that directly support the activities of the assigned system throughout its life cycle.

Coordinates planning and delivery requirements with officials of all concerned functional elements. Provides managers background information, planning rationales, and alternatives. Researches and evaluates logistics support concepts.

Responsible for procurement planning and oversight in accordance with the FAR. Analyzes shorts, spend lists, system requisitions, fielding plans and provides direction for contract procurements. Liaison’s with IPT leads, Procurement Agents, Product End Item Managers, Financial Managers and Supported Commanders.

Accountable for budget planning and execution of Operation and Maintenance, Navy (O&MN); Other Procurement, Navy (OPN); and National Guard & Reserve Equipment Appropriation funds with a combined value of over $35 Million Dollars for Class II, IV, VI, VII, VIII, IX material.

Maintained maintenance database, tracked repairs costs, and oversaw the execution and receipt of 500+ requisitions in support of Operation IRAQI Freedom.

United States Navy, Naval Air Station 1999 to 2002

Air Terminal Supervisor

Provided supervisory oversight for 15 Military staff and 270+ contracted employees in the movement of 6000 tons of hazardous cargo, 15,000+ passengers and 92 tons of priority mail to 30 operating units.

Facilitated training and mentoring activities to communicate the importance of cargo movement; ensured compliance with all Air Terminal Anti-Terrorist and Force Protection requirements.

Assembled and trained a high performance team and gained recognition for outstanding performance in support of Operation Joint Guardian by providing more than 5,490 tons of essential cargo to Skopje, Macedonia.
