My responsibilities included: overseeing all branch employees, training, credit application processing, loan closings, account collections (including phone collections and outside calls), running a cash drawer when needed, accounts payable and receivable, business development, solicitation, mortgage loan origination/loan closing, customer service, credit and non-credit insurance sales, hiring, employee evaluation and any other tasks that were necessary.
