Sending daily stock report GM [Store/FG]

Preparing Monthly Stock Report [MIS] (Inventory – Store / all Line WIP / report, consumption,)

reporting Head office.

Ensure smooth operations and management of the logistics and distribution activities

Provide full logistics support and advices to the related department such as sales and purchasing.

Warehouse to ensure efficient storage of goods, proper store well as ensuring safety, security in the warehouse & 5s foundation for disciplined approach to workplace.

Monthly F.G. planning as per customer [Bher / Subros] schedule domestic & Export items distribute all line ledger, follow up achieve 100 % dispatch time delivery.

Planning & executing daily F.G. dispatch as per Customer Schedule & Keeping track on shortages, Damages & Transportation arrangement.

Inventory management & control through level inventory, Abc Analysis & XYZ analysis JIT, perpetual inventory, updating FIFO process.

Ensuring everyday stock, managing all delivery on time.

Co-ordinate with customer’s daily basis for FG requirement & vendors, sales staff.

Monthly Purchase planning Brought outs/Consumables items campier on Customer Schedule requirement & Head office Chennai child part requirement.
