• Large-scale material handling systems (up to 2000 pounds per hour, with as much as 20 tons in process), to facilitate the efficient/cost effective “inline” secondary operations, including wash, rinse, paint, and rust inhibit systems.

• Designed and built the prototype for the first machine system to fully automate the assembly of all Craftsman & ALLEN ratchet wrenches. Processes involved included; punching, stamping, insertion, staking and inspection.

TITEFLEX CORPORATION. Springfield, MA; Manufacturer of Flexible Metal Hose

• Established and maintained first “real time” SPC and SCADA data collection system at Titeflex, enabling Titeflex to meet the stringent quality, reporting, record keeping, and confidentiality requirements of the “Big 4” auto makers, NASA, and the US Armed Forces.

• Designed, built, and implemented all tooling, fixtures, dies, and controls for a portable machine to cut and splice stainless steel braided hose.
