To Whom It May Concern:
Attached please find my background information for consideration in filling the Human Resource Manager role with Austin Allen Company that was listed on the Indeed website. Highlights of my career that will be of particular interest include:
• Successful proven leadership as the Human Resources Manager for a “24/7 365 day per week” manufacturing firm.
• High level human resource generalist experience that has included responsibility for multi-site geographically dispersed locations.
• A proven track record of negotiating the union contract with the employees in the paper plant in Mobile, Alabama.
My organizational and interactive skills coupled with the instincts necessary to be an effective human resources leader blend well in helping to influence progress at all levels of the organization. Combine the above with my total level of commitment to the job and the willingness to go well above the norm in Human Resources. Also, please note my background which will blend well with any needs of solid experience in recruitment for all areas of the company including strategic planning, managing and coaching of employees along with being able to influence others when the need arises. I am beginning studies for the SPHR exam. My degree in accounting allows me to see and understand the P&L which is a great advantage when working on benefit plans and any other cost effective solutions.
I am seeking a challenging opportunity to apply my proven skills while helping the company achieve its growth objectives in a predictable, cost effective fashion. I look forward to discussing this fine opportunity with you at your convenience.
Sincerely,
Randy Adams
