• Sales Engineer including selecting HVAC equipment for architects, engineers and contractors

• Managed installation of environmental rooms in the contiguous 48 states, as well as Canada and Mexico.

• Projects included: Universities, Museums, Pharmaceutical’s and Lithium Battery Manufacturers.

• Responsibilities:

o Supervised/coordinated projects from inception to start-up and close-out.

o Assisted estimators

o Selected subcontractors

o Prepared scope of works, field reports and cost to complete

o Supervised carpenters, pipe fitters, sheet metal workers and electricians.

• Oversaw 15-20 projects at any given time, with values of $15 million or more collectively.

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

• HVAC Project Management and estimating. Including: Condominiums/apartments, municipal facilities, office buildings, public/private institutions. Responsible for more than $10 million of projects annually.

• Senior HVAC designer. Design and supervision of projects (Large financial institutions, schools, universities, office buildings and municipal/state buildings) from inception through final closeout. Project values in excess of $6 million.
