PROJECT DESCRIPTION

1) Agreement Termination Requisition Note (ATRN) :

This application is developed for Legal department for their agreements. Initiator initiates ATRN request and after submission it goes to legal approver for approval. When he approves it goes to approver hierarchy which is defined on form and after final approval it again goes to legal approval to accept that note. In this, any hierarchy approver can reject the note as per his requirement.

Contribution:

• Designed and developed four InfoPath forms. (Initiator,Approver,Legal approver, Update view)

• Tables and stored procedures are created in SQL server 2008 R2.

• Developed workflow mail through visual studio 2008.

• Done Administration work like deployment of solution, giving permissions to users and list creation.

2) Online Reimbursement:

This application is developed for reimbursement of car fuel and driver salary of the AVP and above grade users. When user submits their car fuel bill, Email with approver link goes to finance officer for approving that particular bill request. When finance user approves it bill amount will get added in to salary of that particular month at the end of month.

Contribution:

• Designed and developed two InfoPath forms. (Initiation, approver).

3) Corporate Attire Application:

This application is used for an attire of KOEL managers. In this two different views get opened depending upon gender of logged in user. Two views are maintained for male and female managers. SharePoint list is created for storing the data. After completion of submission all data gets forwarded to HR for further action.

Contribution:

• SharePoint list is created and contribute access is given to all users.

• Web part pages are created and Solution is deployed on SharePoint 2010 site using visual studio 2010

• Stored procedure is used to get gender of user from employee master table.

4) Employee Dependent:

This application is used to stores all employee dependents’ details in SharePoint list. I logged in user male then he is able to submit his information like father, mother, son, and daughter. If logged in user is female then she is able to select either her in laws or father, mother, son, daughter. This stored data is required to HR for medical policy of our company.

Contribution:

• Form is designed and deployed using InfoPath 2010.

• SharePoint list is created and contribute access is given to all users in SharePoint 2010 site.

• Two stored procedure are written, one for calculating age of employee and second to retrieve gender of employee from database.

• Application testing with male and female users

5) Loan Application:

This application is used for loan request of user as per HR policy. User who is completed one year in organization is able to apply for loan request. Once loan request is initiated mail goes to BU head for approver with task url. If BU head approves it, loan request goes to HR for approval and then goes to Finance approver for approving that particular loan request. After finance approval user gets cheque of required amount. SharePoint list is used to stored transactions

Contribution:

• Loan initiation form design.

• User manual is created.

• SharePoint list is created for storing the loan transaction and contribute permission is given to all users.

6) Site Creation and administration:

AEPG (Application Engineering and power generation), Secretarial, Utilities, Power generation departmental sites are created on test instance and after testing its successfully created on production server using SharePoint 2010.

Contribution:

• Web part is created which is used as links of that particular site.

• SharePoint lists and libraries are created for storing data and documents of that sites

• Item level and site permissions are given to required different users.

Full control given to administrator of that site, contribute permission is given to site managers and read access given to visitors.

• Workflow is created for AEPG site using SharePoint designer 2010. Using workflow manger is able to send their information link to all users daily or monthly he is able to use SharePoint designer workflow.

7) Incident Management - In incident management system all the incidents which are happened in KOEL are stored in SharePoint list. Service desk (SDC) users take different actions depending upon incident. If incident is resolved by SDC users then it goes to analyzer for root cause.

Contribution:

• Web part pages and lists are created.

• Contribute permission is given to list and read permission is given to web part page.

• User controls are developed and deployed on intranet portal.

• Application testing with different users.

• List workflows are designed to generate Email for approver.
