Over 25 years of construction supervision experience including over ten years in medical facility construction, repair, renovation and alteration projects. PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
2009 to 2011 Superintendent, Diggs Construction, LLC, Wichita, KS.
Supervises all trades under contract to build a 9M Army Reserve Center
in Dodge City, Kansas. Duties include but not limited to project scheduling
of all subcontractors, reviewing submittals, progress payment documents,
LEEDS documents, and as-built drawings. Serves as Site Safety and
Health Officer.
1999 to 2009, Superintendent, J&J Maintenance, Inc., Austin, TX. Directly supervises in-house workforce and oversees and integrate subcontractors work for numerous contracts including, but not limited to, MEDCOM JOC project locations at Gen. Leonard Wood Army Community Hospital, Harper Dental Clinic, Walter Reed Army Medical Facility, Munson Army Community Hospital, Bull Dental Clinic, Satellite Pharmacy Project, Nellis AFB, NV, Kenner Army Community Hospital, Patterson Army Hospital, Radar Clinic, and McDonald Army Community Hospital. These projects include all phases of construction renovations of hospital facilities, clinics, dental clinics, vet. clinics, laser eye surgery centers. Ensures job site safety and quality throughout task order execution. Schedules and coordinates all phases of construction including architectural, mechanical, and electrical work. Has also served as Project Superintendent, CQC Officer and Safety Officer.
1997 to 1999, Quality Control Officer, D&D Construction, Fayetteville, NC. Inspected contractor and subcontractor work throughout the execution of construction on several projects. Assured conformity to a variety of established standards and prepared documentation of inspection results. Worked closely with the Project Manager to ensure adherence to jobsite safety in accordance with OSHA requirements and quality work.
1996 to 1997, Quality Control Inspector, Norandex, Fayetteville, NC. Inspected all materials being delivered to jobsites. Implemented warehouse safety programs to ensure the safety of all employees. Ensured that work was performed in accordance with project and contract specifications and drawings.

Provided guidance to ensure not only the quality of work, but that it was done in a timely and professional manner.
