• Review of all Working Drawings, Quantities and supervision of Construction of - Highways, Tunnel Excavation by Drill and Blast method in Heading, Benching and Invert zone, Egress, Bridges, Culverts, ROB, Underpass, Highway maintenance and rehabilitation work, Reviewing AS Built Drawing with the actual execution by using latest software.

KEY QUALIFICATIONS

As Quantity Surveyor and Documentation Expert/ Estimator the responsibility for providing supervision and assistance to planners in the development and-integration of individual schedules into the total project plan. Responsible for controlling certain financial and/or contractual matters on project.

To coordinate contractor’s efforts in project planning, progress measurement and reporting, Responsible for total integration of schedule activities. Identifies schedule considerations and problems resulting from interdisciplinary or group restraints and interfaces.

To establish milestones for the total project and/or major portions of the project.

Manage all Cost, Planning & Document Control Dept’s. Develop of the detailed budget/cost allocations, Review of Cost of Project, control schedules cash flow. Develop and implemented procedures for Cost, Planning and Document Control for compliance with the contract and also for our own internal controls. Review and revise all reports, evaluate/amend and take any necessary actions required. Prepare and negotiate any variations relating to the client. Responsibilities updating time schedule the Project construction administrating manpower, progress and costs with Primavera Enterprise 3.5, and MS Office Excel, Access. Assigned to research and prepare preliminary project studies.

Review the cost of project by review of all the quantities from Working Drawings (Plan–Profile Drawings, Bridge and Culvert Drawings etc.) and other Standard Drawings of structure and analysis of them. Design review and estimation.

Forecasting the cost of project on review of project cost and with the rate of increase or decrease rate of variation in the project cost.

BOQ and Work Supervision for both Consultancy and contracting companies and reviewing of this as per the detail Drawing and As Built Drawing by using software i.e. Auto plotter, Road Estimator and Autocad2011.

Job Responsibility and Accomplishments:

• As Quantity surveyor and Documentation Expert has the responsibility for providing accurate and timely cost advice throughout the duration of a project to a variety of organizations including the client and contractor.

• Forecasting cost and values of the project by review of all the quantities from FCC Drawings and other Standard Drawings of structure and Cost of the project work executed of the excavation as per the change Rock Class of Tunnel and construction of Tunnel Design review and detailed analysis of other factors affecting the project cost i.e. Escalation, Taxations cost analysis of the same and prediction w. r .t. probability risk factor by matrix and exponential method.

• To assess to the financial effect of variations and other adjustments to the contract that have been issued, or are expected to be issued, and require a good deal of expertise to produce accurate figures and costs.
