Client is one of the biggest solution providers in supply chain management for its customer. Enterprise suit is one of the IBS product for supply chain management which has various modules such as finance, Purchase Order, Sales Order which are implemented by there customer across world wide for supply chain management solutions depending upon their requirement. As part of production and development (P&D) team we are responsible for the base version release of IBS enterprise suit. As a part of new finance team for new release (version 7.0) we need to merge the customization which is done at country layer with standard version of enterprise suit so that functionality comes across the base to enhance the capability of enterprise suit. This functionality will function only when there respective country code is active or their application code is active. Various countries had done various customizations to cater various client requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the merger of customization for country into release 7.0.

• Provided merge analysis to client for merge activities which is the basis for development for new release 7.0.

• Interacting with client for requirement gathering.

• Managing the entire development control process for country modifications.

As part of there business consultancy we were working on improving in-house product called Vin-Procure (Web Based empanelment of suppliers and running centralized procurement tender/auctions. This allows you to run web based e-tender and e-auction to leverage the best quality products at the lowest costs and with a clear trail of responsibility.) And Vin-Commerce which is an e-commerce solution with fully customized interface which provide a wide range of features to handle e-commerce easily including your own money card system. The client is one of the biggest retailers. As part of their expansion of business, they are implementing MMS for their Megastore and Supermarket business. We are the implementation partner for MMS. Also, We were responsible for designing, developing and implementing the customizations for the retailer to cater for their business processes.

The product has been customized to align the business processes like PO Management, PO Receiving, Transfer management, RTV management, Warehousing, Inventory Management, Vendor recovery, Oracle Financial Interface, Cycle Count, Item average cost maintenance, SODA (Sales Order Desk Application) Modification, Data Interfacing from hypercity to gateway end, utility like PO upload from excel, Alternate vendor upload from excel, Item master upload from excel.

Responsibilities:

• Development of customization. Have been part of the team that developed the customizations.

• Development of physical count process that involves counting, tracking and adjustments of inventory by Radio Frequency (RF) handle device.

• Oracle financial Application (OFA) interface to submit finance data from MMS system to third party system.

• Also developed the data discrepancy report which shows the data discrepancy between hypercity and gateway end.

• Also analyzed and developed the interface between SODA and Web Portal and also suggested the test case for the same.

Project Description:

The client is one of the biggest retailers. As part of their migration activity from legacy system to new Pick ticket Management System (PKMS) system we were responsible for data conversion and to fulfill the gap between the two applications so that migration process is as on schedule. As part of there business PKMS tool used to process the pick tickets which are generated by SAP system and once it is processed it is sent back to SAP system. Earlier they were using legacy system which was ACS system instead of SAP. We were responsible for designing, developing and implementing the customization for the retailer to cater for their business process and also need to map the gaps which was created as there legacy had lots of customization and also we need to map the data which is generated for Inbound data process (IBD) and Outbound data process (OBD) by SAP system.

Responsibilities:

• Development of customization. Have been a part of the team that developed the customizations.

• Developed interface for Inbound Data Process (IBD) to process the Pick tickets which is generated by SAP system and also developed the test cases.

Project Description:

The client has its own email software package. They need to incorporate the same package to the green screen and they want to market it with their own copyright. It works with conversion of spool files to PDF and sent it through email. They need an interface for this. The project also contains the email server configuration and emailing on AS400 environment. This software is a utility for the client itself.

All the spool files generated in the AS400 system is converted to the PDF file and is placed in the output queue. An email sending system was developed in AS400 that supports like any normal email sending software. It supports attachment of these converted PDF file and also supports to send to multiple users. A facility was developed to create server for mail system through which email users can be created.
