Prior Work History Includes:
• Consultant for 27 U.S./Foreign Clients, specializing in due diligence underwriting for various residential (80%) & commercial assignments (20%) since 1989, including management of the quality control function. Full-time Sr. Underwriter at Wells Fargo, Miami Office from October, 2001 to December 2002. Employed on a 2 month SBA due diligence assignment; majority of loans reviewed had been originated under the CDC/504 program. Also provided “front-line” residential underwriting services to numerous clients during the same time period. Prior assignment durations were 1 week to approximately 6 months. (From 8/1989 – 11/2004. • Chief Underwriter for S.E. division of 1st Nationwide Savings (F.K.A. Washington Savings of Miami Beach.) Fundings @ start were $3MM/month. Enabled division to realize monthly fundings of $25MM in 1 year. Reviewed all loans over $250,000 & all out of state submissions. (From 1981 – 1983)
• A.V.P./Loan Processing Center for Chase Federal Savings & Loan, managing a 20 person office. Provided the single most input in design & final configuration of a $1MM loan processing & tracking system. (From 1979 – 1981)
