Work Experience:

Customer Service Manager - QuadGraphics-Jonesboro, AR, Mar 1994 - Present

My primary responsibility is the management of the customer service department. This includes the daily supervision of 15 employees, as well as, handling customer accounts myself. In this position I also manage the $1.5 million departmental budget. I forecast, approve all expenditures and monitor these expenses on a monthly basis. Other duties include serving as a liaison between customer service and other departments in our organization.

Production Manager - MidSouth Press-Shreveport, LA, Aug 1992 - Mar 1994

As Production Manager, I was responsible for the productivity of the manufacturing floor. I had direct supervision of 30 production employees. My duties included scheduling jobs on the most productive equipment and supervising employees to obtain maximum output.
