Send help lines service request like lights, trash removal, lock changes, etc.
Review emails
Read, respond, copy emails concerning all building related issues and service requests.
Check help lines
Make sure tickets that have been on the system get dispatched and distributed to the various personnel involved.
Follow up on CBRE’S Service request
Make sure their request have been completed on a reasonable time frame.
Complete Facilities tech service tickets
Install Keyboard trays, bulletin boards, make minor repairs, move boxes, etc.
Check Pantries
Check electrical, plumbing, icemakers, refrigerators and supplies, etc.
Make service calls
To vendors, subcontractor’s like Limbech, UBT, etc.
Coordinate the service request.
Send CBRE a TSR to let them know the actual work schedule date and time.
Email and copy all the parties involved.
Copy machine paper stations
Make sure all the different copy stations are stocked with paper 3 boxes per station.
Schedule Shred it
Make sure all confidential and sensitive material have been picked up from all floors and different locations through out the building.
