Employed by the largest remodeling company in Washtenaw County. Duties included working on proposals, estimates, all paperwork associated with managing a client and jobsite. Completed weekly budget and scheduling reports, and held weekly team meetings. We were held accountable for client satisfaction, and received weekly ratings from all clients. Was also held accountable for schedules and budgets, and they were also included in the weekly rating. Ordered materials and worked closely with suppliers to get the best price possible. Wrote and processed all change orders and met with lead carpenters to insure the project was meeting schedule and budget goals. I ran the 24 hour emergency response team and was on call 24/7. Elected to the board of advisors by my production team.
Completed hundreds of projects, including:
• $450,000 fire restoration on the U of M campus.
• Several projects with budgets over $200,000.
• Managed a 12,000 SF fraternity house, responsible for weekly reports and all maintenance related to the house, including move-in and move-out.
• Production coordinator for our small projects division.
• Managed set up and break down of 800 SF display at local remodeling shows.
