• Responsible for operational planning and direction of five CI teams across Regional Command-East, in support of Enduring Freedom

• Provide doctrinal guidance and direction for 17 Counterintelligence agents and analysts responsible for activities and investigations spanning eastern Afghanistan

• Liaised with multiple DoD and other U.S. government agencies in order to facilitate Counterintelligence and targeting activities

• Responsible for reviewing and approving all CI related intelligence and investigative reporting prior to publication

• Responsible for directing CI Agents in the conduct of Sensitive Source Operations in support of counterintelligence collection requirements

FEB 2011 – MAY 2011 Senior HUMINT Support Specialist/ AECOM

• Support ISAF/NATO CJ2X as a HUMINT report dissemination manager

• Responsibilities as Detainee Operations OIC include the management and mentoring of ten personnel, to include military guard force, junior interrogators, and interpreters.

AUG 2006 – JAN 2009 Interrogator/ L3 Communications/ Intelligence Solutions Division

• Conducted over 2,000 interrogations in support of Multi National Forces West (MNF-W) combat operations.

• Directly contributed to the detainment of over 20 High Value Targets through intelligence gathering efforts.

• Directly impacted intelligence collection efforts by training incoming military service members and contracted employees in area familiarization, cultural nuances, and intelligence collection priorities.

• Trained and mentored Naval Criminal Investigative Service (NCIS) Special agents of the Joint Prosecution and Exploitation Cell (JPEC) on how to successfully implement proven interrogation approaches in an attempt to elicit confessions for cases submitted for prosecution at the Central Criminal Court of Iraq (CCCI), which aided JPEC in successfully prosecuting hundreds of captured insurgents.

• Conducted Counterintelligence/ Human intelligence operations in Al Anbar province, Iraq during Operation Iraqi Freedom supporting Multi National Coalition Forces Iraq.

• Effectively conducted sensitive CAT II level HUMINT operations, directly focused on the command’s Priority intelligence requirements. Conducted source operations using sensitive meeting techniques and various methods of tradecraft, which led to the detainment or prosecution of over fifty High Value Individuals/ High Value Targets.

• Conducted approximately three hundred tactical interrogations responding to immediate battlefield needs.

• Analyzed human intelligence in order to provide executive leaders with updated intelligence on battlefield threats.

• Executed numerous surveillance, surveillance detection, and counter surveillance operations in both permissive and non-permissive environments.

• Prepared Threat Vulnerability Assessments for seven Marine Corps installations while stationed in Okinawa, Japan.

• Managed Counterintelligence operational databases, which directly impacted the ability to assess source credibility and improved intelligence gathering initiatives.
